A Homecoming, Reimagined

Two chefs. Two very different roads. One shared memory of home.

Chef Cameron Tay from Pebble Dining (ex-Attica, ex-Amaru) and Yum Sing House's own Chef Ian Ho (ex-Hotel Gitan, ex-Taxi) have spent their careers refining European technique in some of the country's most celebrated kitchens. For one night, they're putting that training in service of something closer to the heart...  the flavours they grew up on.

This collaboration is a journey down memory lane: Malaysian classics reimagined through their lens, from beloved street food favourites reworked, to entirely new creations that push the cuisine somewhere playful and unexpected. Expect nostalgia on the plate, just not quite as you remember it.

Every guest will be welcomed with a complimentary cocktail featuring VOIR's Cherry Blossom liqueur (lychee), the evening's sponsor, a fitting toast to two chefs coming home.
